albert ludwigs universitat

Sooo today was full of mini panic attacks. It all started with an email. So i thought i would be smart and sign up for the special dining shift woriking for the trustee dinner for Cornell catering. It was a good deal ~ 10.00 an hour and it counts as two make up shifts. So i was pretty pumped until midnight last night when i checked my email and they were like apos;you need a white button up shirt, black pants and black shoesapos; this would be no problem if I�WAS�HOME which i was a few days ago~ (which pisses me off because i would have saved 50 dollars) so the shift was at 3 today, so i had from 11 to 2 to find a fancy shirt adn nice black shoes. I totally freaked out and it didnt help that i stayed :up til 2:30 the night before (which deserves another rant- but im not gonna go there now). So i luckily found everything on time, and spent a ridiculous amount of money because they only have a mall nearby, so i couldnt get any bargains. And i already have 4 same shirts back home >:(
But anyways so i went to work and worked for 10 hours - yeah straight-. And i was really angry because when i got there- they were like ok everyone has to wear these white button down shirts so we all look uniform. I practically died. I avoided getting one of their shirts for the longest i could for the principle of it; but i had to in the end. Lol they made us wear bowties i looked so fancy. They kept telling us that everyone was ridiculously rich and to not piss them off because they give Cornell its scholarship moneys. Fancy plating and cutesy small portions with fancy designs on the food. It was great~ oh and i worked with this cool asian/english guy and he has an english accent mixed with malaysian- so sometimes he would be like apos;funkyapos; good times. But yeah so i finished around 1 am and by that time it was freezing (as in it was actually 30 degrees outside) and i had to walk back for half an hour ithacas great. Oh but i did see a mommy deer and two fawns walking back and a bunny rabbit that i came in arms reach of

Sorry if this is kinda random and very hard to follow~ my bad.� Oh and i watched the office Jim and pam (so cute) and dwight was hillarious i was dying. Hmm i still need to watch supernatural and study for my econ prelim... Good stuff

ANyways i hope everyone is doing well and such i wish fall break was longer, but ah well theres always thanksgiving
